First Home Starter Kit ("the Service"), operated by Mortgage Marketing Institute, is a tool that loan officers and real estate agents use to share home-buying information with prospective buyers. This page explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the terms of using the Service.
Information we collect
- If you're a home buyer: the name, email, and phone number you enter in the opt-in form, and the home price and interest rate you explore in the calculator.
- If you're a loan officer using an account: your name, company, contact details, NMLS number, booking link, photo/logo, and brand settings.
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically (such as your IP address), used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To connect a buyer with the loan officer and real estate agent shown on the page they used.
- To deliver the requested Starter Kit and a short series of follow-up emails from that loan officer.
- To operate loan-officer accounts (saving your profile and the kits you create).
We do not sell your personal information. Buyer contact details are shared with the loan officer and agent shown on the page, that's the point of opting in.
Emails and opt-out
If you opt in as a buyer, you'll receive a confirmation and up to three short follow-up emails. Every follow-up includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also reply to any message to reach the loan officer directly.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service, including email delivery (Resend), image hosting (Cloudinary), and hosting and storage (Vercel). These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to operate the Service, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information using the contact below.

All calculator figures and estimates are illustrative only, are not an offer or commitment to lend, and do not reflect a specific loan approval, rate, or payment.
